Olive Branch Retreats Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Full payment of the holiday is required to secure your place at the booking phase.

2. We cannot accept liability for:
- Cancellations, delays or changes caused by any events beyond our control.
- Medical conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the holiday. Loss of, or damage to, personal property.

3. Whilst we try and resell any place that is cancelled, our places are limited and so we must apply a cancellation charge. Please Contact Us if you need to cancel or change your booking.

- Less than 14 days prior to holiday 100% of holiday price
- 15- 30 days prior to holiday 25% of holiday price
- More than 30 days prior to holiday a full refund will be given (less 10% administration charges)

In the most unlikely event that Olive Branch Retreats is forced to cancel your holiday, the cost will be refunded in full. Where a teacher or therapist is unavailable due to ill health we will make every attempt to replace with a teacher of similar professional standard or replace the class given.

4. If you have any major physical, medical or emotional illness or are under medical supervision you must notify us of the details at the time of booking & by giving details on the booking form. Where appropriate we may request a doctor's certificate of fitness to travel. Persons attending Olive Branch Retreats holidays do so entirely at their own risk. Non disclosure of information can invalidate your insurance. If you are in doubt as to the suitability of any of our classes to your medical condition, please consult your doctor.

5. In order to participate in these holidays, all clients must have comprehensive travel, cancellation & medical insurance in place prior to travel.
