Activities & Classes

Throughout your stay with us, we will be running several well-being classes, which you can opt in or out of at any time.

Our classes are all run by trained professionals, they are designed to be fun and aimed at both men and women of any age group and at all levels of fitness. We believe beginners and experts alike will find benefits in all the classes we run. They will also give you the opportunity to meet others on our holidays, so you may make some new friends with similar interests.

Activities and classes during the holiday include:

  • Chi Kung

    Chi Kung is a simple and gentle, yet powerful system of Chinese healing exercises to clear the blocks in your body’s energy system and looks similar to Tai Chi, although Tai Chi is a martial art and Chi Kung is not. Old tensions are quickly released leaving a sense of lightness, clarity and vitality. These ancient healing exercises can benefit many health conditions including arthritis, asthma and digestive problems, balancing blood pressure, and helping those suffering from depression or insomnia.
  • Yoga

    These days we can find all sorts of exercise programs; however, we have designed this programme to help you with not only your fitness and posture, but for your stress levels, weight control and even to help combat wrinkles and sagging skin.
  • Guided meditation

    Meditation is beneficial in so many ways, stress reduction, emotional control and boosting your concentration levels to name a few. During this class we will take you through simple methods to show you just how easy and relaxing meditation really is.
  • First Aid the natural way

    Ever considered a more natural way of dealing with those everyday ailments and accidents that occur at home and at work? During this class you can learn safe and natural alternatives to reaching for the paracetamol and all the other household medicines we all use too much of. Although this is a huge subject we will, in just a few hours, introduce you to an alternative way of keeping yourself, family and friends happier and healthier.
